Hey there! I'm Channie. I'm a Virtual Assistant and Executive Support professional based in the Philippines, and I've spent the last several years doing work I genuinely love: helping business owners and leaders get their time back so they can focus on what actually moves the needle.
My background is a bit of a mix — I started in education, spent time in operations and food service, taught English online, and eventually found my footing in remote admin and executive support. That variety has made me adaptable in ways a traditional career path simply can't. I know how to read a room, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with everyone from a CEO to a new team member.
Right now, I serve as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO and President directly — managing their calendars, travel, proposals, and day-to-day needs. I also look after internal operations: tracking expenses, auditing subscriptions, drafting SOPs, and helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. I take pride in the detail most people overlook, and I've found that's often where the biggest wins are.
Beyond the obvious were discipline, patience, and the ability to explain complex things simply. Those qualities follow me into every client relationship I have today.
